Dear Registrar: good morning The cancellation of online continuing education, association supports this policy. However, although the current epidemic situation is under control, the alarm has not been lifted after all. In everyone’s minds, it’s not real time. If rashly do it and start teaching in person in January next year, I doubt how many people will be willing to take classes. In addition, two senior Chinese medicine practitioners have passed away this year, and We have more than 600 Chinese medicine practitioners in BC who are over 60 years old. In other medical professions, very few are over 60 years old and are still practicing and willing Receive training for continuing education. If, in case, another unfortunate incident occurs, who should be responsible? And who should be responsible again! Starting from March this year, the Association will hold a six-hour Zoom continuing education every month, of which two hours are to explain the safety and ethics of jurisprudence, acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and encourage those who are persistent before 2013 to learn more and understand According to relevant regulations, more than 100 people come to attend the class every time. Due to the special circumstances of the traditional Chinese medicine community in British Columbia, it is recommended that Registrar formally cancel online continuing education when the epidemic is stable in May next year. Thank you. Warm Regards,
Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners of Great Vancouver President: Chu, Kuo Hsiang Reagan R.TCM.P. (BC), MD & PMR Specialist(Taipei)
